Located at the top of a beautiful valley with stunning views of the countryside for miles around, Pinewood is truly a heavenly place to have your wedding.
You could also choose to stay in our quirky accommodation ranging from converted Coastguard Sea King helicopters, cosy cabins to quirky western wagons.
Enchanting weddings in a stunning location
Our Tipi Wedding Village is a very exclusive wedding venue offering 3 giant Tipi’s built and decorated to a very high standard, accommodating up to 160 seated guests, 300 guests on an evening.
Your guests will be wowed with the entrance to the Tipi Village as they walk through a stunning 30-metre-long archway, trees to either side all lit with fairy lights, opening up into the Tipi Wedding Village to see before them a complex of Tipi’s, sides raised and fully glazed along the front, all beautifully lit with fairy lights inside and outside, each Tipi connected at the peaks with festoon lighting to give that extra special touch on an evening.
From here walk along the festoon lit walkway towards the grand entrance to the Tipi’s to be welcomed with a beautiful oak framed, glazed, double entrance doorway leading to the inside of the village Tipi’s.
Within the Tipi’s, the flooring is a gorgeous wooden rustic floor, furnished with seats and wooden benches for that rustic feel. Each wooden Tipi pole is beautifully lit with fairy lights and decorated with ivy and flowers, hanging in the centre of the Tipi’s are our special furnished floral hanging displays.
The Tipi’s are complemented with a full bar serving every drink you could hope for. We also have a separate gorgeous Ceremony Tipi if you choose to have your ceremony with us, lit with fairy lights and decorated with ivy, rustic benches are laid in a herringbone fashion for your guests to sit and watch your special ceremony.

The wedding village
Our Tipi Wedding Village is an exclusive wedding venue with three giant Tipis that can accommodate up to 160 seated guests and 300 guests in the evening. The entrance to the village features a stunning 30-metre-long archway with trees lit with fairy lights.
The Tipis are fully glazed along the front, beautifully lit with fairy lights inside and outside, and furnished with rustic wooden benches. There is also a full bar and a separate Ceremony Tipi available.
The Ceremony Tipi
If you would like to choose to hold your wedding Ceremony at the Tipi Village, we have the option of booking our stunning ceremony Tipi for £1,000.
This giant Tipi is furnished with a rustic wooden floor inside and outside, pine chairs with cream cushions to seat up to 120 guests and beautifully lit inside and out with fairy lights.
Accomodation
If you or any of your guests wish to stay on site in our accommodation, we have plenty of unique options from helicopters to unique glamping, please ask for details, if you wish to see the accommodation available visit pinewoodpark.co.uk for details about our quirky accommodation.
We even have space for caravans. We offer a half-price stay for the wedding couple either the night before or after (or both), subject to availability. We also offer a 10% discount for all guests staying the night before or after (or both), subject to availability.
Please note: Due to the high season, if your chosen wedding date is between 19th July & 31st August the price includes the 2 nights’ accommodation package.

- Exclusive use of the entire Pinewood Park resort from 1pm and accommodation from 4pm the day before your wedding to midnight on the day of your wedding.
- Accommodation for up to 44 adults & 42 children in our 22 glamping pods.
- Woody’s Barn for the evening prior to your wedding from 1pm until midnight.
- Exclusive use of the Tipi Wedding Village from 12 noon on your wedding day until midnight.
- Access to the Tipi Wedding Village on the day prior to your wedding from 1pm to 6pm to give your personal touch with any decorations.
Catering options
Here at Pinewood Tipi Wedding Village, we like to give you the freedom of choosing your own catering to suit your personal tastes and budgets.
But if you would like some help, we will be more than happy to give you our recommendations to help give you a great selection ranging from Hog Roasts, BBQ, Wood fired pizzas, Sausage swing grilles, Fish & Chips, Ice creams to full 3 course meals and buffets, the options are endless.
If your chosen caterer requires a kitchen space, we have a 7m x 7m square Tipi connected to the Main Tipi’s that is for use as a kitchen for your caterer and comes fully lit and has an electric supply.
Please note if you provide your own catering or choose your own caterer, they must provide their own service staff.
